Waterproof chipboards

MPC developed a special all around coating system for normal chipboard qualities to transfer into high performance chipboard panels. Edgings and surfacings poured by means of a molding procedure and liquid PU-resins. In order to manufacture later on slots and keys the edges will be poured on each side in a thickness of 10 mm. The surfaces are usually poured in thicknesses up to 3 mm. in any color customers would like! Panels treated with our precedures will never allow humidtiy to penetrate into the wooden core and this is a unique selling point against any high cost water proof wooden multi layer panels!
Well suited for upgrading of existing balconies, ice coverings or many other outdoor applications!
